PTI Chairman’s condemnation of the firing incidence at PTI Office of PP-153

By Arsalan T. Ghumma:

Pakistan Tehreek Insaf Chairman has strongly condemned the firing incident that took place today at 4 am on the PTI office at Peco road Lahore which is the office of the Provincial Constituency Organizer Abdul Karim Kalwar of PP 153. The Chairman said that other political parties are greatly threatened by the increasing presence and popularity of PTI and are resorting to such menial measures as attacking the political workers of PTI. Party workers of other political parties had taken law in their hands and the law and order authorities should take strict action on this incidence.

Chairman Imran Khan said that his party workers will not deter or leave any stone unturned to fulfill their duties. They are people of strong character who decided to side with a party which was not in power on purely ideological grounds.
Chairman Imran Khan said that his loyal party activists will work hard under all adverse conditions and bring PTI to power. This is the only way in which the party can positively respond to such acts of political victimization. PTI stands for change and will not be threatened by this type of rough traditional politics.

On numerous occasions PTI has witnessed a biased media regarding coverage of successful PTI Jalsa. While PTI is almost fairly represented in some channels regarding debate programs we still find it quite shocking that the media continuously ignores PTI’s successful Jalsa unless they become too big like in Lahore and Karachi or when some unfortunate events happens where chairs are picked up by poor people or where Rana Sanaullah give childish remarks against PTI to divert the focus from real issues. The media also doesn’t

The Marvi Memon I once knew
I was inspired by Marvi Memon as she roamed hundreds of villages fighting for the rights of the people and never spared an opportunity to protest on the streets about various issues. I began communicating with her on twitter and became part of her ‘shadow cabinet’ which was her initiative of getting volunteers to post solutions to problems. I started writing a 5000 word report on defence and terrorism for her and discussed issues over the phone. I did all of this because I saw her as a genuine hope that could help bring change in desperate times when Pakistanis are suffering
